Generating delivered sales orders report

This screen allows you to search for sales orders that have been fulfilled (delivered).

Description

You can filter the sales orders that you want to display by defining the search criteria and clicking Display. The sales orders that match the search criteria you have defined will then be displayed. A list of options appears if you click on the Browse button in the Sales order, Ordered by, Delivery to, and other boxes. From the list, make your selection and click Select.

Note: Only the General section is available for the Simple mode. If you click Advanced, the search criteria will be expanded to include the Advanced and Item sections.

General section

Warehouse

Select the warehouse to display sales orders belonging to the selected warehouse. Select All to display sales orders belonging to any warehouse.

Note: This box is available only if you have E-Warehouse Management in your license.

Transaction date

Type or select the start date and end date to display deliveries that have taken place within that period. You can also select the All check box to display sales orders that are delivered on any date.

Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display sales orders that were delivered on and after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will display sales orders that were delivered on and before the selected date.

Sales order

Type or select the sales order to be displayed. You can also leave the box empty to display all the fulfilled sales orders.

Ordered by

Type or select the ID or name of the debtor to display fulfilled sales orders placed by the selected debtor. You can also leave this box empty to display fulfilled sales orders with any ordered by debtor.

Delivery to

Type or select the ID or name of the debtor to display fulfilled sales orders received by the selected customer. You can also leave this box empty to display fulfilled sales orders with any delivery to debtor.

Group by

You can specify how you want the overview to be grouped. Select any of the following:

  • None -- Select this option to view all the sales orders with different fulfillment dates (for example, if a sales order has three different fulfillment dates, all the three fulfillment dates for the sales order will be displayed separately in the overview ).
  • Sales order -- Select this option to group all the fulfillments for a sales order together although the sales order contains different fulfillment dates.
  • Warehouse -- Select this option to group all the sales orders that are fulfilled within the same warehouse.
  • Debtor -- Select this option to view the debtors with fulfilled sales orders.
  • Item -- Select this option to view all the fulfilled items
  • Fulfillment -- Select this option to view the sales orders group by the fulfillment date.

Note: The Warehouse option is available only if you have E-Warehouse Management in your license.

Advanced section

Class. (ordered by)

Type or select the classification of the debtors to display fulfilled sales orders placed by debtor(s) with the selected classification. You can also leave this box empty to display fulfilled sales orders with any classification.

Note: The classification of the ordered by debtors depends on the Classification defined at the debtor maintenance (go to Finance/Accounts receivable/Maintain, select the relevant debtor, and then click Open), under the Basics tab. You can also define classifications at System/General/CRM/Classifications.

Class. (delivery to)

Type or select the classification of the debtors to display fulfilled sales orders received by debtor(s) with the selected classification. You can also leave this box empty to display fulfilled sales orders with any classification.

Note: The classification of the delivered to debtors depends on the Classification defined at the debtor maintenance (go to Finance/Accounts receivable/Maintain, selec the relevant debtor, and then click Open), under the Basics tab. You can also define classifications at System/General/CRM/Classifications.

Returns

Select this check box to display all the returned items transactions in the overview. For example, if a sales order with one item has been fulfilled but the item was returned for a replacement, the overview will display the two items that were delivered if this check box is selected. Otherwise, the overview will display only the item in the sales order.

Item section

Item group

Type or select the item group or item group range to display fulfilled sales orders with the selected item group(s). You can also select the All check box to display fulfilled sales orders with any item group. By default, the All check box is selected.

Item

Type or select the item code or item code range to display fulfilled sales orders with the selected item(s). You can also select the All check box to display fulfilled sales orders with any item. By default, the All check box is selected.

Item status

Select the status of the items to display fulfilled sales orders with the selected item status(es). You can select one or more of the following: 

  • Active -- Select this check box to view all the active items that were delivered. By default, this check box is selected.
  • Blocked -- Select this check box to view all the blocked items that were delivered.
  • Discontinued -- Select this check box to view all the discontinued items that were delivered.
  • Inactive -- Select this check box to view all the inactive items that were delivered.

Assortment

Select the assortment to view fulfilled sales orders with items linked to the selected assortment. You can create and edit the assortments at Order/Items/Assortments.

Note: The Assortment boxes displayed depend on the number of assortments defined at Order/Items/Assortments, or System/General/Settings under Item data settings in the Assortments section. For example, if three assortments are defined, three Assortment boxes will be displayed.

Button

Display

Click this to view the fulfilled sales orders based on the defined criteria. For more information, see Delivered sales orders report.

Advanced / Simple

Click Advanced to expand the search criteria. You will see the Advanced and Item sections.

Click Simple to hide the search criteria. You will only see the General section.

Close

Click this to exit.
